Explore the details & buyer FAQs ↓The XJD Beach Cruiser in Mint Green is a geared, multi-speed cruiser bike for older kids, teens, and young adults—ages 7 to 18 and riders 122–200 cm (about 48 inches and up)—available in 20, 24, or 26 inch wheels. It's built for real riding around the neighborhood: paved roads and urban terrain, school runs, casual cruises, and light hills, with a working rear rack, dual V-brakes, and easy assembly.
Suggested ages run 7 to 18 years with an overall rider-height range of 122–200 cm. Use height, not age, to pick your wheel size:
No training wheels are included with this model—it's for riders who already balance confidently. Before ordering, confirm the rider can mount and dismount smoothly, reach the handlebars and pedals comfortably, and stand over the frame with clearance.
Dual front and rear aluminum V-brakes with short-travel grips sized for smaller hands give riders dependable stopping power in traffic and on descents. The geared drivetrain lets riders downshift on hills instead of fighting the pedals. As with any bike, an adult should inspect hardware tightness, tire condition, steering, saddle height, and brake response after assembly and before every ride, and riders should wear appropriate protective gear under adult supervision.
Assembly is rated easy and takes about 25 minutes: the bike ships 85% pre-assembled with detailed instructions and the tools you need. Adult assembly required. The box contains the bike with kickstand.
Bottom line: if your rider is at least about 48 inches tall and past the training-wheel stage, this Mint Green XJD beach cruiser delivers gears, real brakes, and a rear rack at a great value for everyday riding. If your child is shorter than 48 inches or still learning to balance, a smaller 16-inch bike with training wheels is the better starting point.
